Hi there, my name is Jess! I'm an experienced PR & Marketing Director with over thirteen years of expertise in media and communications. In 2018, I took the leap and opened my own boutique agency, specialising in Marketing & PR for purpose-led brands and organisations. Helping mission-driven companies tell their stories and connect with audiences is incredibly rewarding, and I remain passionate about making an impact with thoughtful communication strategies.
Before launching my own company, I led teams in fast-paced PR Agency environments, working with a diverse range of clients across Tourism and Travel, Technology, Food and Hospitality, and FMCG. These roles demanded creativity and precision, requiring me to deliver out-of-the-box campaigns that thrilled our clients and successfully gained widespread recognition from both media and consumers.
Prior to my agency experience, I spent years leading corporate Marketing & Communications teams within the professional services sectors, particularly in Healthcare and Engineering. These roles equipped me to navigate complex industries and effectively drive multifaceted B2B and B2C communication outcomes.
My career began at Australia’s leading television network, where I cut my teeth in News Production and Social Media content development. Those early years were dynamic and rewarding, and enabled me to build a strong media network, together with a first-hand understanding of what journalists 'look for' in a winning news story.
